An enterprising team of Muses led by Morta Bord has managed to clear away almost all of the gold and debris from within Spindle. The recent flooding and seashell infestation have also begun to subside.

There’s still a lot of work to do, though. Much of Spindle lies in ruin; a slate wiped clean and awaiting a new story. It's difficult to know where things will go from here, but the mood is optimistic.

The cracks in the sky are notably smaller than they used to be, with some having disappeared entirely. A few are still visible here and there, however.

The Pit has also collapsed, leaving no trace of the strange portal it once contained.

A monument to Fall Ever Faster has appeared in Far Dream, though not too far from Spindle itself. It depicts her riding a giant squirrel into battle, and looks to have been constructed from exquisite marble.

It's not clear who is responsible for the memorial, though the delicate skill required and its theme are both rather unusual.
